the rooms were large with amenities, the staff were courteous.

The property has a favourable location, really close to stops of Purple and Blue free bus lines, othe interested place to visit, and the beach. And it's by Klang River.

We truly enjoyed satisfactory breakfasts and fantastic views!

Fabulous hotel in a handy location near the tourists spots, the services were excellent. Location: the property was right by all the pubs and restaurants, public transport, and China Town, Bkt Bintang, KLCC and Changkat Raja Chulan pubs. Stopped by Betty's Cafe to get some coffee and treats, its very close to the venue, recommend.

The location was great, close to many attractions and a food market. The room was wonderful, spacious and had a great view. The kitchen had all the facilities and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast was not to my liking.

It was very uncomfortable for me and my children due to a lot of construction going on in side of building. Large sounds start early at 7 A.M. and continues till late afternoon. I wish I would have stayed at Micasa Suite which I switched to Maple ...for season full house. My bad luck. Staff was very unfriendly as well and hostile at some point. Breakfast cooks would say we r out of eggs...? And room cleaning would get mad if u ask for fresh towels..? It was a disaster although they were charging $ 270 for 2 bed apartment but stay was unpleasant mostly because of construction sound. Also tv sets were from 1970's like a small box... Lousy stay would never recoommend for families stay.Managers promised to refund if I write email to Senior Managers but senior manager refused my request which I assure you reflects there Unprofessional, unethical and casual approach of running a Lousy apartment hotel . they say it is 3 star I think it is 1 star or even less.

The Maple Suite is a good choice for a city trip in Kuala Lumpur. The parking at the hotel was convenient. We enjoyed our stay at Maple Suite.

Value for money, close to main shopping and resturants, just next to Manara kl. Within walkin distance to tons of things I.e great location

What a lovely romantic escape we had! The suite was spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of balconies to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The comfortable bedroom and bathroom made our stay even more enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised to find out how close we were to all the key attractions, and the value for money was beyond our expectation! It was the perfect place for us to chill out and relax.

We had a great experience and there wasn't much we disliked. However, we found the furniture to be a bit old-fashioned.

A have a wide room and close with interesting place as Twin Tower & Bukit Bintang Walk

the location, and the staff, were very helpful, and always at hand.i would go back just because of that.

the balcony height concerned me, it seemed a bit low and dangerous, especially being on the 21st floor, but that i suppose is the building itself. The carpets need changing, it seemed quite, manky. thats the only bit that i would like changed definitely.

I had a great time staying in this hotel with my family. The hotel facilities were amazing, from the clean and well-maintained rooms to the refreshing lap pool. The location was perfect, close to the city center and shopping centers, and right next to the Menara KL tower. Plus, the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I shall like to make suggestion regarding Providing Water Bottles.Hotel must Provide daily at least 02 Water Bottles.We were Total 05 Adults & 01 Child Staying in a 02 Bedroom Superior.I Did not like Hotel not providing water bottles daily.

The rooms were spacious for a 2 bedroom suite. Location wise not bad near to all the shopping malls.

Air-con not working properly and as a result need to move to another room. Worst, another room Air-con almost like fan cooler. Maple Suite should think of upgrading facilities as cost of room charge was a bit on the high side compared to other residence which is lower and have good facilities.

Spacious room, friendly staff, helpful guest service, stunning view, free amenities.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Good value for money. Walking distance to major shopping belt yet distance enough from the bustle & noise. Helpful yet unintrusive staff. Will use again for group stay.

No refill of bathing shampoo. But this is a small matter as we brought ours anyway. The main door feels insecure and felt like a light shove is all it takes to force it open.
